We partner with Diamond’s Roastery, a family-owned specialty coffee roaster and bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in Dunajská Lužná. Born from a pure passion for coffee, this Slovak roastery has become a highly respected name in the local specialty scene. Their roasting approach allows the natural flavor profile of every single coffee to fully shine through.
The heart of our café is the La Marzocco Linea PB-X—an iconic espresso machine known for its stability and precision, building on the legendary series of the Italian brand with a heritage dating back to 1927. We rely on the exact same technology trusted by top cafés worldwide.
